We’re based in — but not limited to Orange County, CA. We love working with couples whose top priority is quality cinematography for their wedding. Given our experience, we understand the value of highlighting raw emotions with our cinematic style and go above and beyond in featuring those moments.

We are hands-on with each project because we do not want to leave our couples with a generic and uninspired wedding film — meaning, you won’t find us, “just showing up and pressing record.”

That is the personal investment our couples get from choosing us over a company that prioritizes business over a relationship. Honestly, our main goal is to make our couples happy.

MEET HAU NGUYEN

Hi! I’m Hau!

I’m a practitioner of Falun Dafa, a traditional Buddhist spiritual practice based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance.

I try to adhere to these principles wherever I go and in everything I do.

In 2018, a friend asked me to film a wedding for one of his clients. Despite having no prior experience filming weddings, I accepted the offer. Little did I know, I would be hooked!

Not only was I absolutely blown away by the bride and groom's sheer dedication and creativity in making their wedding day perfect, but I also feel incredibly honored that they entrusted me to capture these once-in-a-lifetime moments of their lives!

Word spread about my work, leading to more job offers. I found myself filming weddings every weekend for months... until I had to take a break due to school and other commitments.

After five years, two YouTube Silver Play buttons, two feature documentaries, multiple awards and TV shows, and 100+ million online views later, I decided to start Hau Productions as a side project, focusing on making high-quality cinematic wedding videos.

When I’m not filming weddings, I work for the Epoch Times as a producer and editor.
